What is Covered in this Program?

This program provides a step-by-step understanding of How to Reduce Costs in your Client Oil & Gas Drilling Supervision Unit. Program provides a value engineering methodology to analyse the cost of performing the current processes, cost of assuring quality, cost of correcting errors and costs due to unnecessary duplication of work in your unit.

The program then suggests multi-discipline value engineering methodology for making improvement in the Client Oil & Gas Drilling Supervision work processes by applying Good Management Practices, Information Technology, Value Engineering, Benchmarked Best Benchmarked Practices from world leaders in the same process. What will come out is an Action Plan and Program recommendations on how you will apply these methods and techniques to your Client Oil & Gas Drilling Supervision department and reduce anything from 10% to 40% of your costs.     • USD $39,000 per participant for a 12 week Certification Program
    • USD $18,800 per participant for a 4 week program. USD $13,800 per participant for a 3 week program
    • USD $8,900 per participant for a 2 week program
    • USD $6,500 per participant for a 6 day program. USD $5,500 per participant for a 1 week program (5 days)
    • USD $2,500 per participant for a 2 day program

  4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the participants.
  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location.
