The participant will learn how to Evaluate & Audit the Power Plant Operational and Strategic Management Arrangements and Performance towards achievement of Operational Targets, Strategic Objectives, Organizational SOPs and Power Plant-wide Leadership. This program will introduce New Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Methods for Real Time and Proactive Performance Evaluation & Reporting. This program will also discuss the methodology for setting-up a Power Plant Balanced Scorecard to develop a 360-degree Performance Evaluation Scorecard and Identify Required Improvement Projects. This program will also help answer the following questions: How successful are we in meeting our Power Plant Operational Targets? Are we working adequately towards our Power Plant and Organizational Strategies? How is our Power Plant Leadership working at various Levels? Are we a Learning Organization? Are we Improvement Oriented? Do we have the required Work Culture to meet our Business Objectives? Are we Customer-Focused? How well are our Power Plant Partnerships working?   4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the class room training program participants.
