What is covered in this Training Program?

  1. This Training Program will build Skills for every department and business unit professionals to identify and implement Strategies that are aligned to Organizational Strategies, Vision, Mission and Values. The Program discusses the Departmental 5-year Strategy Setting Process including Technology Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Creating Long Term Value for Customers, Building the Competencies for the Future, SWOT analysis and Risk Analysis to identify Opportunities & Challenges.
  2. This Program will discuss the Helpful Workshops to Identify Gaps between today's performance, competencies etc. and what will be required after 5 years to fulfill the strategic plan implementation requirements.
  3. Next, the Strategic Projects or Initiatives to fill the identified Gaps, including changes to existing Strategies. Program will also discuss how to manage risks and opportunities that can disrupt or require change to the Strategic Projects.
  4. This Program also discusses the Setting of Meaningful Goals and KPIs for measuring progress towards filling the Strategic Gaps and Monitoring Progress on the Strategic Projects. Next, the program covers the prioritization and precedence relationship identification between the different Strategic Projects being planned. This program will discuss how to put the Strategic Plan together with related Risk Mitigation Plan.
  5. The program will also discuss the Communication and Competency Building Projects to support the plan.
  6. The Program will also discuss the Strategic Plan Monitoring & Reporting methodologies. This program will also provide guidance on how to prepare a Balance Scorecards and or Status Dashboards using Automated Data Analytic Systems and Decision Models.

      Classroom Training at London, US Locations, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore £7,689 (USD $9,790) per participant.
      Online eTraining Fee £3,500 (USD $4,375) per participant.

  4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the class room training program participants.
  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location.
  7. All participants are required to fill in Participant Information form - on first day of the program.
