What is Covered in this Job Process Training?
This Work Process Skills program provides the participants the Process Knowledge and Associated Management Processes for Performing Day-to-Day Tasks on BOT/PPP Project Implementation & Construction Phase (After Financial Closure to Ready-for-Operations) of BOOT and PPP Projects.
This Job Process Competency program will follow a Step-by-Step Approach for Assisting: Start of Project Implementation Activities, Secondary Contracts and Arrangements, Mobilizing, Design, Start of Site Activities, Contract Compliance related Administering & Managing Construction, Resolving Obstacles to Progress, Final Inspection & Ready-for-Production, Obtaining Required Approvals and Permits.
For each Key Implementation Stage Process the Participants will understand the Essential Professional Vocabulary, the Day-to-Day Work Processes, the Objectives and KPIs for Each Key Process, the Checklists and Forms to Use for Accuracy & Completeness, the Self-Supervisory-Audit Controls to Ensure Doing it Right First Time, the Essential Communications and Feedback to stay on the Right Track, and Sub-process for Continually Improving the Work Process.
The participant will also learn how to Transfer the Key Knowledge from this Phase to the Team Responsible for the Project Operation & Maintenance.
This Job Process Competency program will discuss Good Practices for Hiring of Transactional Consultants for Reviewing PPP Project Implementation Arrangements and Training of Staff.
This Job Process Competency program will also help Build a Knowledgebase and Database Framework to Assist Performing and Auditing PPP Project Implementation Processes Efficiently and Effectively.
