Mentoring Programs
Mentoring Programs are structured arrangements where an experienced Ai Knowledge Systems person (the mentor) supports and guides a less experienced person (the mentee) to help them grow, learn, and succeed.
It is a relationship with purpose: development, knowledge transfer, confidence building in Participant.
Mentoring Serves Very Important Purposes:
- Transfer knowledge from experienced instructors to new or less experienced staff.
- Build critical skills faster.
- Improves employee engagement and retention.
- Help people navigate complex organizational culture and politics.
