What is Covered in this Program

  1. Projects inherently face uncertainties and risks during execution, Whether, it be cost escalation, or, Site underground conditions being different from those mentioned in Project Soil Survey included in the tender.

    This program provides the participant the Contract Administration Understanding, Competencies and Skills to ensure his organization's interests are protected, no avoidable liability is taken, Project objectives are Supported and not hindered and long term relationships and professional reputations are maintained.
  2. Contracts are not always interpreted literally, this program will discuss the legal rules of contract interpretation that must be applied to understand the true legally enforceable meaning of contract provisions.

    There are many Contract Administration activities that need to be performed, some routine, others are when particular situation arises, this program will discuss these in detail and discuss preparing a Quality Assurance System to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
