This program will provide the participant the required skills for Conducting an Management Analysis or Operational Audit in his facility, including Evaluating the Management System, Measuring Effectiveness, Efficiency and Goal Achievement for your Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Fertilizer Plants or Basic Chemicals Plants.

You will be able to verify your Plant’s Policies, Objectives, Plans, Processes, Written Procedures and all other element of operational activities, and know if they are in compliance with the Good and Best Practices and are being implemented effectively. You will be able to systematically identify improvement opportunities. You will be able to benchmark your Essential Good Practice Procedures, Systems and Practices with Industry Leaders.

A very important set of skills for Coordinators, Managers and Operational Auditors with responsibility for Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Fertilizer Plants or Chemicals Plants.

  3. Program Fee is

    • UUSD $13,800 per participant for a 4 week program

    • USD USD $11,800 per participant for a 3 week program

    • USD $7,800 per participant for a 2 week program

    • USD $4,500 per participant for a 1 week program (5 days)

    • USD $5,800 per participant for a 6 day program

    and includes Course Materials, Certificate, Refreshments and Lunch. (VAT is Extra Where Applicable)

  4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the participants.

  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.

  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start.

  7. All participants are required to fill in Participant Information form - on first day of the program. Each program Undergoes Customarization to Better Meet Participant Present and Future Career Needs.   8. It is always useful for participants to bring their existing problems or case studies, work-process flow charts or job related problems for discussion - consideration will be at sole discretion of the program director/s.
