The program will provide the participant with the essential PRACTICAL methodologies and tools for effective planning, estimating, budgeting, cost control and value engineering on his job.

The program emphasises use of standardized methods, procedures, knowledgebase and checklists.

The program identifies the required Good and Best Practices in Organizational Estimating Section, and, shows the Step-by-Step Methodology for their Implementation.

    • USD $13,800 per participant for a 3 week program
