What is covered in this Program?

  1. Strategic thinking is being able to look beyond the horizon, What that means is everyone of us can see a problem once it has arisen, solutions to the problem can normally be found by setting up high performing domain expert teams. These solutions can be implemented by the experienced line managers.

    What is the role of Strategic thinking here?

    Role 1 for the Strategic Thinker could be to identify the problem before it becomes apparent to others. This may be done if the Strategic Thinker is able to Recognize the Early Warnings coming from the Business or Industry Environment, which are providing early signs for the Probability of the Problems Materializing – examples of such insight could include if you could identify signs of and predict a coming economic recession, or, petroleum price rise or fall, or, a disruptive technology arising, or, a business sustainability problem coming and so on.

    Role 2 for the Strategic Thinker is, providing Strategic Input into the Solutions decided for problems identified today. What this means is when Technical Experts recommend a solution to an existing problem, the Strategic Thinker is considering, or asking the team to consider, the Long Term Aspects of the Solution being Adopted.

    For example, if a Current Business process is being Automated Today by installing an IT based Automation System to solve problems of Delays and Productivity, the Strategic thinker Asks the Question, how will this decision impact the options of the Business to Adopt Organization Wide Integrated Automation System if that is the Trend he sees his Industry following in the Strategic Time Frame.

    Also the Strategic Thinker may be asking the Question, how will this decision Impact the Organization in the Long term? Program will also discuss Methodologies for Planning Strategic Initiatives, Understanding your Domain Future Business Environment, Understanding your Business Related Future Technology Trends, Understanding how the Future Technologies and how they will Impact Your Business, and, Understanding the Strategy Planning Processes.

    • 1 week (5 day/30 hrs) Training Program:
      Classroom Training at Dubai, Kuwait, New Delhi, Qatar £4,315 (USD $5,500) per participant.
      At London, US Locations, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore £4,747 (USD $6,050) per participant.
      Online eTraining Fee £2,000 (USD $2,500) per participant.

  4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the class room training program participants.
  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location.
  7. All participants are required to fill in Participant Information form - on first day of the program. Each program Undergoes Customization to Better Meet Participant Present and Future Career Needs. Please be prepared to let the Instructor/s know about your organization's Special Needs, Interests or Initiatives.
  8. It is always useful for participants to bring their existing problems or case studies, work-process flow charts or job related problems for discussion - consideration will be at sole discretion of the program director/s.
  9. Provisional Registration : You can make a provisional registration request by sending us an email with an official provisionsl registration request this will ensure we will reserve a seat for you for 14 days. After this you have 2 weeks to send us an official registration request. Provisional registration is automatically cancelled at the earlier of (1) 2 weeks after Provisional Confirmation if registration is not confirmed from your side (2) Two weeks before start of the program. We do request you to inform us ASAP you have decided either way. Please note All provisional registrations automatically cancel 2 weeks before program start unless confirmed.
