This Work Process Skills program provides the participant a Practical understanding of the Processes and Processes in a Typical Crude Refinery. The participant will understand the various Plants and Process Units in the refinery and understand the Key Performance Indicators for each. Participant will also understand the Key Operational, Maintenance and Management Processes Concerns for each Plant and Process. Discussion will also cover Safety, Environmental and Sustainability Aspects.
The understanding gained by the participants will include the Needs and Expectations of the various Internal and External Stakeholders. This multi-discipline understanding will cover technical, regulatory, standards, licensors of the technologies, operations, maintenance, safety, environmental, sustainability, audit and management.
