This program is
intended for personnel who wish to get a fast track practical understanding
of the Maintenance function and its Good Practices. Specially Recommended
for promising professionals in Maintenance Section who are being considered
for promotion to Management Level.
They would typically be looking to become quickly productive in the
maintenance department or they could be attending so that they can Implement
Good Management Practices, Quality Assurance, ISO9001:2010, Continuous Improvement or TQM in the Maintenance
Department.
Typical participants will be Maintenance, Planning and Quality
Professionals and Managers.
Specially Recommended for promising professionals in
Maintenance Section who are being considered for promotion to Management
Level.
When Experienced Maintenance Professionals attend this program they
gain insight into the Current Maintenance Best Practices and Tools - this
enables them to implement improvements in their work and that of their
departments.
When new entrants to maintenance department attend this program they

Language of Instruction
Unless otherwise stated the program instruction is in Standard Day-to-Day
English. Participants can request the instructor to provide a program
vocabulary which will ensure they have no problem understanding the content.
Other language versions are being developed by our consultants and regional
partners including program in French, German, Spanish and Arabic.

Registration Recommendations
Team Nominations: Since the
program aims to ensure the participants have his individualized improvement
plan at the end of the program, and foreseeing the effort involved,
anticipating resistance and implementation requirements it is recommended
that the organization nominate at least two participants together
(three will be more desirable to allow for attrition) for this program.
It is anticipated that these 2 or more participants will work together as a
team or provide mutual support in order to implement the action plan.
Single nominations will also be
accepted for the program. Single nominations are typically used to:-

Develop personnel
skills in Critical Skills and Methodologies covered in this program.

Audit this program
for deciding its content and methodology's effectiveness in meeting
your organizational needs
-
Train individuals
for Leadership Roles in Business unit or department. Here this
program will help the participant coach and lead his team in these
Critical Skills and Methodologies. (Program does not typically cover
coaching skills but provides the related technical
understanding in an easy to communicate manner. )
Prerequisites for this Program
This program is in English. The participant should understand spoken English. If you wish to study the program materials before the program these can be obtained by payment of half the program fee. Whenever you attend a deduction of this amount will be allowed from payable program fee. Please note this offer is available only to Corporate Customers.
Certificate on Participation and
Completion:-
On completion participants will be awarded a "Certificate of Successful
Completion".
Program Instructor may decide to award a Letter of Recommendation for High
Performers during the program.

- Fee is USD $8900 per participant includes Course Materials, Certificate, Refreshments and Lunch. (An additional Fee of 10% is Charged at Certain Locations including London, Paris and Kuala Lumpur)
- Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be
available at venue hotel for the participants.

Fee is payable by Bank Transfer or Bank Draft in favor of the local representative office.
- Early Registration & Payment discount is 10% - if registration and fee payment is made at least 45 days before start of the program.
