What is Covered in this Program

  1. Liquified Natural Gas LNG is mostly traded through Long Term Contracts with LNG Marketers or Bulk Consumers. These contracts offer Supplier advantages of Assured Revenues and Margins that can be used for Financial Planning and Investment Decisions, for the Customer it gives some Assurances of Price Stability for his Own Price Planning and Management.
    The objectives of this program are to understand the complexities of LNG GSPA long term contracts.
  2. Participant will understand the various types of Contracts and Conditions used in LNG Industry, though the primary focus will be on Long Term Gas Supply & Purchase Agreement (GSPA).
    The participant will appreciate that No Long-Term contracts go without problems risks and disruptive events do occur for both the Buyer and Seller, Contracts therefore must define not only the rights and responsibilities if everything goes as per plan, but also for risk and variability situations that may arise during the long period of the contract.   4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the class room training program participants.
  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location.
