What is Covered in this Program

  1. This program will provide Understanding, Knowhow and Skills for LNG Facility Performance Evaluation and Effective Communications.

    The participant will learn how to measure performance to verify alignment to LNG Sale Purchase Agreements and changing customer needs and expectations.

    This LNG Technology and Management Program will discuss the knowhow of the LNG supply chain processes from LNG liquefaction to Regassification. The Technology Review will highlight the different technology choices, operational and maintenance aspects, the KPI measurement and building a plant Operation and Maintenance knowledge base.
  2. This program will provide understanding of the LNG supply chain stakeholder processes, their needs and expectations.

    This program will help identify the meaningful key performance indicators KPIs and discuss how these can be made available digitally and dynamically in real time to all planned internal and external stakeholders. The objective emphasized here is to enable Dashboards to provide Real Time Decision Support Data.

  4. Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates will be available at venue hotel for the class room training program participants.
  5. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  6. Refund will not be considered where the participants cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations will be allowed anytime before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location.
