What is covered in this Program

  1. Managers organize to deliver Operational Targets according to planned arrangements. Leaders Prepare their organizations for the longer-term Future. This program will focus on building competency to move participant first towards becoming a high performing manager and then towards Leadership.
    This program will help the participant become High Performing Managers through establishing processes or systems that enable consistent achievement or exceeding the operational targets, and, adopting new or innovative solutions to the problems they face.
    To build leadership the participant will learn how to visualize the future (beyond the horizon) and prepare the organization or department to face challenges and opportunities expected to come its way.
    The program will review and enhance Manager’s core skills on how to Meet Operational Targets, Ensure adequate Planning, Delegate Work, Motivate Staff, Arranging Resources, Solving Problems, Coach or Train Staff, Build Work Teams, Coordinate with Stakeholders, Evaluate Performance and Reward Employees and so on.
  2. Participants will learn how Leaders are able to identify Cross Domain Future Scenarios and help the organization or department or team prepare itself for these.
    This program will build in program participants ability to "look beyond the horizon" for their organization, thereby, identifying opportunities and problems before they become visible to others. The participant will use this competency to help suggest ideas to improve the organizational Strategies, Mission and Vision.
    Further, this program will provide the Manager the Process Roadmap to become a Leader and gain a Legacy for himself. During this program the participant will understand and appreciate the behavioral and competency changes he needs to develop to become a recognized leader in his organization or department or team.
    The program will provide the manager guidance to develop certain key Leadership Skills including: Constant Learning, Learning to Look Beyond the Horizon, Encouraging people to approach them with their new ideas, Analyzing the Idea to see if it is really the future, Effectively Communicating the New Strategic Ideas, Walking the Talk, Building Credibility, Coaching Others, Building Teams to Implement the New Ideas, Managerial Support to Implementation Teams, Recognizing, and, rewarding strategic performance. Program will also help build leadership foundational skills including: Communications, Integrity, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Mentoring, Coaching, Motivating, Innovation, Change Management, Team Building and Time Management.

Who Should Attend

  1. This program is designed for all Supervisors and Managers at whatever stage of professional life they might be. More experienced managers will appreciate and relate more easily to the program content.
  2. It will be advantageous (but not necessary) if the Manager has at least 3 years supervisory or manager or team leader experience so he can easily absorb the program content. This is an essential competency development program to be attended before promoting a technical person to Supervisory or Manager Position.

  3. Program Fee is 3 week (110 hrs)

    At USA, Dubai, Kuwait, New Delhi, Qatar USD $13,800 per participant.

    At London, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore USD $15,180 per participant.

    Online eTraining Fee USD $6,250 per participant.

    Accommodation is not included in Program fee. Special rates may be available at venue hotel for program participants.
  4. Special discount of 10% is offered for participants who pay their fees at least 45 days before start of the program.
  5. Refund will not be considered where the participant cancels his registration less than 3 weeks before start of the program. Alternate nominations may be allowed atleast 2 weeks before program start. In case of exceptional hardship or emergency participant may be allowed to attend at another location on payment of additional 10% of the Fee.
  6. All participants are required to fill in Participant Information Form and a Program Induction Form - on first day of the program. Each program may Undergoe Customization to Better Meet Participant Groups Present and Future Career Needs. Please be prepared to let the Instructor/s know about your organization's Special Needs, Interests or Initiatives.
  7. It is always useful for participants to bring their existing problems or case studies, work-process flow charts or job related problems for discussion - consideration will be at sole discretion of the program director/s.
  8. Provisional Registration : You can make a provisional registration request by sending us an email from an official Email Account. On our confirmation we will reserve a seat for you for 14 days. Within 14 days of our confirmation please send us an official registration request. Provisional registration is automatically cancelled at the earlier of (1) 2 weeks after Provisional Registration is Confirmated by us and your fail to reconfirm your attendence. (2) Two weeks before start of the program. We do request you to inform us ASAP you have decided either way. Please note All provisional registrations automatically cancel 2 weeks before program start unless confirmed.
