This Job Process Competency program will discuss the important role of Switchgear in Electricity Distribution Systems for Safety, Isolation and Equipment Protection.
The participant will become familiar with Switchgear Technology, Applications, Switchgear Operation & Maintenance Strategies, Processes & and related Processes.
Program coverage will include Circuit Breakers, Fuses, High Performance Switching Gear, Control Systems, Transformers, Relays, Distance Relays. Program will cover Air, Gas, Vacuum & Oil Based Systems.
For each of these components the program will discuss their design application to Enhancing Safety, Protection of Assets & Reliability.
For each of these Switchgear this program will cover Good and Best Practices for Inspection, Condition Monitoring, CBM, and Maintenance.
This Work Process Skills program starts by providing the participant the Power Switchgear Fundamental Processes, Power Switchgear Foundational Methodologies, Power Switchgear Work Process Knowledge, Power Switchgear Usual Problems and Solutions.
This Training Workshop is designed for Business Units Promising Professionals, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Improvement Team Members, Promising Management Processes Material and Existing Managers. This Work Process Skills program covers topics mentioned above and additionally covers Identifying and Understanding Operational Customers and Stakeholders; Power Switchgear Regulatory & Contractual Aspects; Organizational Operational Objectives; Organizational Power Switchgear Strategic Objectives; Power Switchgear Key Performance Indicators; Power Switchgear Performance Evaluation; Power Switchgear Performance Data Collection; Power Switchgear Analysis & Operational Audit Aspects; Power Switchgear Performance Dashboards; and, Power Switchgear Quality Assurance and Quality Control Aspects. This training program also include hands-on workshops to gain mentioned specific key competencies.

Certificate of attendance is awarded to all Participants attending this program and on payment of Program Fee (Instructor Lead 2-week/60-hours Full Time Training). Further, if you attend a 4-week training program (including cumulatively over a 3-year period) you can sit for a Certification Test. On successful passing the Test and on instructor favorable assessment you will be Certified as a Relevant Industry Professional. The decision of Euro Training Limited will be final in determining if you have Acquired the required competency to be Certified as such a Professional. Should you fail to get Certified the instructor may recommend further training or study before a redetermination may be made regarding your Certification. Professional Certifications are valid for 5 years.
