What is Benchmarking?
“Benchmarking consist of identifying what process you want to improve finding
organizations that perform this process well, measuring which organizations do
it best and their level of performance on the identified process, and study
methods of identified organizations and apply them with suitable alteration to
the work.”

department or section.
Though the
concept of benchmarking is simple enough – the problem comes in its
implementation – Data and Measurement issues to be specific.

program is in English. The participant should understand spoken English. If you wish to study the program materials before the program these can be obtained by payment of half the program fee. Whenever you attend a deduction of this amount will be allowed from payable program fee. Please note this offer is available only to Corporate Customers.
Certificate of Participation:-
On
completion participants will be awarded a "Certificate of Successful
Completion".
Program Instructor may decide to award a Letter of Recommendation for High

together for this program - this will assist your participants apply what they
learn in the program. Single nominations are suitable where there is a
Benchmarking Methodology in place and your organization wishes only to train
additional staff by a fast track method to take on roles on Improvement Teams
or when you plan to use the services of an external consultant to implement
benchmarking.
